Adult Sunday School Class

 

 

The adult Sunday school class meets in the Fireside Room to study and discuss a variety of subjects.  Sessions are led by various members of the group and ideas are considered in an atmosphere of acceptance. This lively, thoughtful group is currently studying Dan Kimball's book: THEY LIKE JESUS, BUT NOT THE CHURCH.

 

 

Comments of some of the participants about the study of the Psalms:

 

• God is so much bigger than I imagined.
• We are all called upon to share the word - generation to generation.
• There are people who have taken the Psalms and rewritten them and maybe they're not the Psalms anymore, but they make great prayers.
• The Psalms are human beings speaking their souls and their minds.

We offer two broadly graded classes for children - Primary grades and Intermediate grades through Junior High.
